(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a loaded truck over or upon any of the streets described on the town’s official traffic map, except when making a delivery.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a truck having a gross weight of greater than three-fourths of one ton over or upon any of the streets described on the town’s official traffic map.
