The Public Works Department is led by the Public Services Superintendent. The department is made up of a total of 6 employees. 

The department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of: 

• The wastewater collection system
• Storm drainage system
• Water distribution system
• Municipal streets
• Solid waste collection (other than weekly garbage collection and recyclables which is performed by an outside contractor)
• Yard waste collection
• Meter reading services
