The Town of La Grange Planning Board will meet on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:00pm at Town Hall (203 S. Center Street) to consider a Special Use Permit application submitted by Pendergraph Development, LLC for property located within the Magnolia Run Subdivision located on North Caswell Street. The property is comprised of 28 vacant parcels on approximately 9 acres. The proposed use is to recombine the 28 lots into a single tract and build 48 units of multifamily housing for families. The La Grange Town Council will also hold a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 6:00pm at Town Hall to consider the Special Use Permit application. The public is invited to attend the meeting.
