Sec. 26-1. Regulations for parks and recreation grounds.

The following regulations shall be applicable to all parks and recreation grounds owned or controlled by the town:

1. Lights shall be cut out each night at a time to be determined by the recreation director.
2. The use of intoxicating beverages will not be permitted upon the recreation grounds, and no person who is or has been drinking intoxicating beverages will be allowed to remain on the recreation grounds.
