Sec. 38-1. Zoning ordinance adopted by reference.

The zoning ordinance of the town was originally adopted on October 3, 1983.  It was replaced in its entirety by an updated ordinance that was adopted by the Town Council on January 4, 2010 and as amended in the future, is adopted by reference as though fully contained in this Code and is on file and available in the town offices.
